***FS*** Sometimes third party services offer better deals.. sometimes Registrars don’t have enough traffic inventory to secure direct deals. You could always try the program to see how it performs, but 50% does seem low to me.
Also Skenzo does open a program that allows their customers to use their own feed. Not sure if this is the case here, but it is a possibility.
